If you are not happy with the opal you have received or believe it does not represent what you saw when you purchased the item, we will refund you within 30 days of purchasing. Just send the item back to us and we will process your refund less shipping charges and any reimport duties.

To add to your peace of mind, we will also refund if the item has been broken in the mail. The item must still be returned prior to a refund being issued.
