Due to a recent government policy, all international goods imported into the United States are now subject to an additional 10% tariff on all orders. This means that any items you order from us will be impacted by this extra charge.

We want to keep things as transparent as possible, so please be aware that this tariff will increase the overall cost of your purchase. The tariff is charged upon entry into the USA and is typically collected by FedEx and DHL shipping carriers.

Informal vs Formal Customs Entry

An informal entry is completed for all orders under US$2,500 — FedEx and DHL will take care of this. A formal entry is required for all orders over US$2,500 over and this will require your SSN or EIN to be supplied to US customers via FedEx. You can elect to fill it out on checkout or wait for FedEx to request it.

Should you prefer not to provide your SSN/EIN to us, your order will still ship normally, though it will experience a slight customs delay as Fedex will ask for the EIN or SSN directly.
